We are actively seeking qualified candidates for the following position for our client, who is an industry leader: Role: Okta Administrator Location: Parsippany, NJ or Dallas, Texas - Hybrid with 3 days in office, 2 days remote. Type: Contract Job Description Key Responsibilities Configure, maintain, and support the Okta Identity Cloud platform. Manage user accounts, permissions, groups, and policies within Okta. Design and implement Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions for secure access to applications. Integrate Okta with cloud-based and on-premises applications. Monitor system performance, and troubleshoot issues. Develop and enforce security policies and best practices for identity and access management. Collaborate with IT, security, and application teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with organizational requirements. Perform regular audits of user access and system configurations. Create and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures. Qualifications Required: Proven experience as an Okta Administrator. Strong knowledge of Okta features, including SSO, MFA, Lifecycle Management, and Adaptive Authentication. Experience with directory services (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP) and their integration with Okta. Understanding of security principles and practices related to IAM. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred: Okta Administrator Certification (or higher). Experience with API integrations and Okta workflows. Knowledge of ITIL practices.
