Identify business needs and implement solutions using ServiceNow and low-code technologies to address operation needs. Support ServiceNow based technical solutions and improve business processes. Leverage knowledge of common industry practices, technology frameworks, and front-end web components. Combine ServiceNow components with other third-party applications. Design automated processes in a ServiceNow environment. Develop ServiceNow based technical solutions to implement architecture, workflows, Catalogs, UI Policies, and various business processes. 40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline, and five (5) years of post-baccalaureate, progressive related work experience. Must have at least two (2) years of experience with each of the following: Testing ServiceNow solutions using one or more of the following: Business Rules, Client Scripts, Catalogs, and/or UI Policies; Configuring front-end web components using JavaScript, CSS, or HTML5; IT Operations management frameworks, such as AJAX, JSON, XML, SOAP, or REST; and Utilizing Java/J2EE enterprise application development.
