Social and Digital Strategist

Job Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communication Studies, Digital Communications & Media, or a related field, plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered or as a Social Media Community Manager or a related role in social media management in an agency setting. Experience must include: social media marketing including search engine optimization (SEO), user-generated content, and brand voice; social media management and listening technology including Meltwater, Sprout Social, Sprinklr, Brandwatch, and NetBase; social creative formats, platform characteristics, specifications, and audience demographics; digital metrics for Meta, Instagram, Pinterest, X, LinkedIn, and/or Snapchat; automotive marketing including standard key performance indicators (KPIs); and brand-building principles and brand and marketing strategy frameworks. Work Site: Santa Monica, CA. Position allows some work-from-home flexibility, with schedule to be approved by manager. Must work on site as required. Wage: $70,000 to $87,000.
