As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for qualifying prospects, clearly presenting ideas, adding value to our program, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. What we are looking ***** You must have a great work ethic, be prompt, and be able to operate in a high-pressure sales atmosphere. Results-driven attitude with a passion for exceeding targets. Previous experience in business development, appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales is a plus. Candidates who have work experience in collections and timeshare do really well in this position. (THIS IS NOT A TIMESHARE POSITION) Up to 2+ years of prospecting experience selling business solutions or services. Must have a strong phone presence. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic You will be expected ***** Successfully connect with business owners and C-level executives, introduce our services and schedule appointments. Attend a full 30-day training schedule. Present ideas clearly and bring value to our program. Develop knowledge of our services through internal training Achieve and exceed established weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals. Follow established processes and be coachable Log, track and maintain prospect contact and contact records using CRM (Salesforce) Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
