As part of the Xtek Sales Force, you will be representing our company and solutions to clients and prospects. As such your objectives will be ***** Tell our story to all our targeted prospect accounts, generate interest, and demand for our solutions, and execute. Always be professional and perform at the highest level. Prospect for new customers in the assigned region. Capture, maintain and manage client relationships. Leverage opportunities to maximize Gross Profit (GP) while maintaining a competitive selling environment. Sell our full portfolio of solutions. Qualifications 2+ years of Enterprise technology sales experience with focus on territory growth C Level & VP level relationships at key customer contacts (midmarket & low-end enterprise) Experience using a consultative sales approach vs. product fulfillment Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives A large network within the IT community Strong manufacturing relationships. Ability to establish credibility with executive decision makers and IT leadership Ability to work independently and leverage resources when needed CRM experience 20% Travel may be required We offer an excellent compensation plan.
