Position: Financial Planner You will be responsible for assisting the advisor team to serve our clients. You will schedule, prepare for, take notes during, and follow up after client meetings. In addition, you will aid in maintaining financial plans, portfolio allocation and the overall relationship over time. You will participate in our regular Pillar and Committee meetings to enhance and grow our business. We have a team approach, and you will collaborate with both advisors and support staff. This role will start with 3-6 months of training with our "Planner Rotation", where you will learn the different aspects of servicing our clients. Our client relationships typically have an advisor and a financial planner. You will at times directly support the advisor and at other times work directly with clients. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit, this role can shift into an advisor role over time, if desired. This position is based in Columbus, OH. We have multiple offices and are looking to grow. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Current Client Relationships: Provide support to the advisor team by setting and preparing for regular client review meetings. Help with miscellaneous client service needs that come up throughout the year. Review and maintain updated ABC's of Cash Flowâ„¢, performance reports, and math models for clients. Develop the analytical capacity to determine and help recommend solutions in all financial planning areas in preparation for client reviews, including retirement needs, cash flow planning, investment strategies, estate/transfer solutions, tax strategies, insurance planning etc. Cultivate great relationships with our clients New Client Relationships You will have the opportunity, not the obligation, to bring in new relationships who may benefit from our services. Team Member Work with other team members to evaluate and/or /lead new firm-wide strategic initiatives. Actively participate in industry/community organizations. Education, Experience and Technical Qualifications Bachelor's degree minimum 3-5 years professional experience Problem-solving skills, Enjoys Math Microsoft Excel formula , Word and Outlook Track record of establishing and maintaining successful interpersonal relationships About Antolino & Associates We have an A-Player culture at Antolino & Associates.
