Overview: The PBNA Procurement Category Finance Manager role supports the PBNA Procurement Market Supply Officer (MSO) organization and the PBNA Procurement FP&A team. PBNA categories include Flexible & Fiber Packaging, Rigid Packaging, Ingredients and Energy Commodities with average category spend of about $5BN. This specific role is responsible for managing 1 direct report and 1 MBS Associate to manage the Bottles, Closure and Resin categories financial processes. Responsibilities: Lead financial processes for category long term Strategic Plan and Annual Operating Plan with key causes of change analysis Lead PBNA analytics and performance review for the category including inflation, productivity, spend, and proactively identify risks/opportunities and present results to team for action Lead commodity financial reporting for North America businesses for the Category including periodic YOY full year inflation outlook and spend forecasts, periodic passback/variance forecasts, and period close variance analysis against plan/ previous forecasts Provide PBNA Bottles, Closure and Resin freight analysis to identify forecast risks and opportunities Track and report progress on key productivity projects Provide thought leadership and support on developing business cases for productivity opportunities Partner with Treasury and category team to ensure commodity coverage in line with PEP playbooks Support the category teams with Financial analysis and data to support PBNA RFP tenders Monitor cash flows impact on the business as a result of change in payment terms Review Contracts to ensure accuracy of financial terms and completion of re-negotiations within timelines Support and ensure all SOX compliance requirements are met relating to pricing and contract management The key stakeholders this position interacts with are the Sr. Finance Director and PBNA Procurement CFO, Category teams (managers through VP level), Control, Treasury, and sector finance teams. Qualifications: MBA in Finance strongly preferred 3-5 years of Corporate Finance experience preferred (5+ years of business experience) Strong analytical and modeling skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership skills and drive for results Ability to work in matrix organization and handle competing priorities Ability to collaborate and influence others to drive functional priorities with a diverse cross functional, PBNA team Compensation & Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $98,700 - $165,150 based on a full-time schedule. Location confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out Annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
