Full time Creative Director - 1042A growing Electronics manufacturing company is looking for a full time Creative Director to join their team.Responsibilities **Leadership and * Define and maintain high creative standards for the team.Creative * Set guidelines for project direction and final approval of critical projects.Talent * Develop processes for recruiting, onboarding, and training creative team members.Team * Lead the expansion of the in-house creative division and manage external creative resources.Process * Establish effective processes to support the evolving creative team.Budget * Set and manage project budgets while allocating resources effectively. Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments.Operational ** Ensure efficient project management and prioritization.Priority * Determine project priorities and resource allocation standards.First 30-60 Days *30 * Evaluate the current team and develop a plan for team structure and resource retention. Establish a timeline and budget for backlog clearance.60 * Implement clear processes for the team and actively expand the team.
