Top Job Located in McMinnville , OR Salary: $17.26-$18.30/hour Molding & Press Operator - Aerospace Manufacturing Mon-Thu, 5am-3:30pm $17.26-$18.30/hour DOE Full-Time, Temp to Hire A reputable manufacturing company is seeking a Molding & Press Operator to join their team. This role involves operating molds and presses to produce quality parts with minimal supervision. Candidates should be attentive to detail, able to follow written procedures, and work well within a team environment. Primary Responsibilities: Operate press machine to create parts using molds Clean and prime parts with specified chemicals and solutions Measure stock to ensure correct thickness and length Place various materials in molds, on mandrels, or in build fixtures by hand Weigh stock and salvage scrap materials Monitor production for defects and ensure early detection of faulty parts Use production equipment, including calipers and scales, routinely Maintain accurate recordkeeping in line with ISO standards Follow safety protocols and ensure work area is clean and hazard-free Qualifications: High school diploma, GED, or basic proficiency in math, reading, and English required Relevant experience or education can substitute for specific qualifications Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to read work orders and perform basic math Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail Ability to work quickly and efficiently Commitment to safety practices, including PPE usage APPLY TODAY TO JOIN OUR DYNAMIC PRODUCTION TEAM!
