Position SummaryThe Marketing Coordinator at LLI is more than just a marketing role-its a strategic partner that turns vision into action. By managing day-to-day execution, this role empowers the CEO to focus on long-term strategy and allows the President to build partnerships that expand the brands reach both online and in person. Acting as the critical link between vision and implementation, the Marketing Coordinator ensures that all marketing efforts are aligned, efficient, and impactful, supporting the leadership teams growth objectives.The ideal candidate is a proactive, process-oriented self-starter who excels at developing and managing workflows to drive brand growth. They are skilled at delivering high-quality projects on time and reflect LLIs core values in every aspect of their work. This individual is a strong communicator, able to translate big-picture ideas into actionable steps while fostering team collaboration and maintaining clear, consistent communication throughout each project.Why This Role is Different from a Typical Marketing Coordinator Directly Supporting Leaders - Collaborating closely with Leadership, this role ensures all marketing activities are aligned with their goals. Unlike traditional marketing roles, this position reports directly to leadership, working together toward expanding LLIs mission. Turning Strategy into Action - The coordinator translates Leaderships high-level ideas into actionable marketing plans that broaden LLIs reach. From digital campaigns to in-person events, the coordinator ensures each project is executed with purpose, maintaining alignment with LLIs values.
