The role supports ongoing projects and initiatives, ensuring all requirements and action items are followed up on and executed. It requires a quick learner who is resilient, flexible, and maintains a positive attitude. The individual should work autonomously, problem-solve independently, and effectively build relationships and collaborate across the Global Services team to deliver quality results. Deep knowledge of the companys structure and the ability to navigate the enterprise is preferred. The successful candidate can quickly learn and use new tools and technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness. The position is responsible for confidential, proprietary and time sensitive information and materials.How Youll Make an Impact:* Support and manage initiatives and projects, including creating procedures, processes, tracking next steps, resources, communication, and problem-solving.* Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with corporate departments, franchisees, and external contacts/vendors.* Act as a liaison between Global Services, operations, internal business units, and other service providers to ensure functional specs including roles and responsibilities are understood, and they have what they need to support projects.* Recommend, develop, implement, and improve department-wide processes and procedures.* Assist with the creation and preparation of presentations, executive summaries, and materials.* Gather industry intelligence and provide regular reporting on activity within the industry.* Assist with the planning and execution of Global Services meetings and events, as well as travel and office management.* Manage department documents, budget, and tracking of expenses.* Act as a thought partner and trusted advisor to the Global Services team.Your Mission:* Requires broad knowledge of general professional field such as finance, marketing or business administration as normally acquired through four years of undergraduate study. Experience may be considered in lieu of four-year degree.* Experience and progressive movement into a supervisory/lead customer support role with a focus on planning and execution, managing processes and/or functions.* Previous experience in a position handling highly confidential information.* The ability to analyze data and/or situations and make sound business decisions.* Excellent communication, interpersonal, persuasion, and teamwork skills.* Strong problem-solving skills.* Must have advanced working knowledge of MS Office Suite (such as, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)* Excellent organization and planning skills.* Bachelors degree in business, marketing or related field.Where Youll Work:* Works in an open office environment where there is no physical discomfort due to temperature, noise, dust, and the like.* Ability to travel a minimum 25% and adhere to the company travel policy.* Ability to work at the Global Resource Center five (5) days a week.All items listed above are illustrative and not comprehensive.
