To start your talent journey with us, apply now as:Vice President Business Development (Americas)The position holder will be accountable for achieving the annual regional targets (order intake, in year revenue and profitability) and leading his/her team in the development of a sustainable and strong pipeline in line with the companys targets, business plan and budget. He/she will be responsible for the strategy in his/her region and will drive with his/her team the entire process across all SRT stakeholders from the initial lead to contract signature or the post mortem, as applicable.Your tasksCoach and mentor the regional area business development directors in the teamLead regional business development team to meet or exceed annual order intake, in year revenue and profitability targetsDevelop the win strategy for any project within the team, taking into account customer expectations, market pricing and SR Technics objectivesDrive the commercial process together with the Business Development Team to ensure that all stakeholders deliver as per the agreed win strategy and timelineWin new, and maintain existing customers, grow third party business to strengthen SR Technics market positionEvaluate the need for consultants in the region and ensure the respective business development director manages existing consultantsEnsure all campaigns are aligned to the SR Technics brand image and reflect the corporate brand to all external stakeholdersRepresent SR Technics corporate interest at regional aviation eventsOwn and successfully complete improvement projects as requested by the SVP Business DevelopmentConstantly maintain the integrity and completeness of information required for customers and projects in the CRM toolYour profileMinimum 5 years of senior leadership experienceExtensive (minimum 10 years) of professional experience in the aerospace MRO business with in-depth knowledge of the engine services business field (preferred)Existing personal network in the business fieldsStrong business acumen and contract understandingCore competencies in business economics and financeStrong communications, negotiations and intercultural skillsExperienced in dealing with front-end market / customer exposureMasters degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experienceFluent in English, knowledge of any other language is considered as a plusYour chanceAn attractive position in a global and dynamic companyCompetitive employment conditionsOpportunity for professional and personal development Thank you for your interest.
