If you are looking for a dynamic work environment with diverse responsibilities, look no further, as our servers could work in the Firewater Tavern, the patio, or the Bowling Lanes.You will be expected to:Provide outstanding guest service at all times.Take food/drink orders.Remove dinnerware from the table in a timely manner.Work with team members and communicate needs to management.Have knowledge of all menu items and ingredients in order to best serve our guests.Answer guest questions regarding our menu including food and beverage ingredients, allergy information, item availability and Wamesit Lane policies.Be engaging, enthusiastic and personable at tables in order for the guest to have a pleasurable dining experienceComplete sidework each shift.Be a team player and help whenever necessary such as answering the phone, helping seat guests, refilling / pre-busing other servers tables.Work as a team to complete running sidework which includes running food / beverage, resetting tables, and restocking wait stations.Be aware of your surroundings and what is going on throughout the facility as a whole.Work corporate and private events at times.Complete any tasks delegated by managementRequirementsMust be able to stand for 6-8 hours at a time.Must be able to work in a fast paced environment that requires being on your feet for an extended period of time.Must be able to multi-task and prioritize during busy times while maintaining composure.High School Diploma required or GED equivalent.Must be flexible and adaptable to change.Minimum age of 18 years old.1-2 years experience working as a server in the food & beverage and / or hospitality industry.Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.Experience working with POS systems.Superior cash handling skills.Experience working events a plus.Employment subject to successfully completing a Background Check and/or CORI Screening.Company InformationCome join the Wolf Pack!
