F1 arcade is a diverse operation and appeals to a wide range of audiences including adult social groups, corporate events, families, and everything in between Our first US location is now open in the vibrant Boston Seaport District with 25 additional sites opening in the United States over the next 5 years.Position Overview:As a Server at F1 Arcade, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience. You will be responsible for delivering high quality food and beverage service to our guests throughout the arcade area. The ideal candidate for this position will possess enthusiasm for hospitality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Specific Job Responsibilities:Provide an unforgettable guest experience, with a focus on prompt and engaging food and drinks service.Monitor guest satisfaction to be able to successfully resolve any issues that may arise.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.Collaborate with all other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.Uphold the F1 Arcade brand image by delivering exceptional guest service.Requirements and Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years experience preferably within a high-volume environment.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Excellent multitasking abilities.Ability to work collaboratively with others and be a team player.Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding all operational standards.Available to work various shift times and days, including weekends and holidays.Must be able to pass all issued training testing with a 90% or higher.Current food handlers and alcohol certification maintained through employment.Able to stand and/ or walk for long periods of time.Ability to lift over 50+ lbs. if necessary.Authorized to legally work in the US.Compensation and Benefits:All full-time hourly team members earn Paid Time OffAbility to qualify for Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits with a generous company contribution.50% off on and off duty mealsDiscounted F1 Arcade merchandiseFree off duty racing for team members including up to 3 additional guests.
