JOB SUMMARY :Our Sales Development Representative is an outbound appointment setting specialist who schedules consultation between sales staff and prospective clients and ensures quality leads are built in the sales pipeline. Initially a contract based role, we will consider turning it into a full time position based on the performance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :Drive revenue growth by scheduling introductory meetings with target accounts and key decision-makersConduct in-depth research to develop new and existing accounts through consistent outbound calling and strategic email outreachFamiliarizing yourself with essential details of our services to articulate how we can support clients in achieving their revenue goals sustainablyUse effective communication skills to collaborate with customers, sales, and cross-functional teamsBuild rapport and connect with each prospect. Use consultative selling approachKeeping a detailed log of messages & conversation on CRM, including those which were not answeredFollow-up with qualified contacts that did not book appointmentsKEY QUALIFICATIONS :Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, sales representative, or similar will be advantageous.Top notch verbal, written and interpersonal skills.Outstanding listening skills Attention to detail/ConscientiousnessPersuasive and results-orientedA positive attitude , professional and courteous dispositionAbility to show oneself, communicate, and persuade decision-makers at all organizational levelsMust be able to work independently using Microsoft Office Suite, CRMExperience and willingness with working in a team environmentExcellent organization skillsENJOY THESE BENEFITS : Base + Commission + Revenue ShareUp to 20 hours per week working / Will be paid on hourly basisA library of internal resources and trainingOutcome-focused EnvironmentHear what our employees say about working with us ()Powered by JazzHR
