Position Summary: Community Care Plan, the health plan with a heart, is a hospital-owned Provider Service Network for members enrolled in Florida Healthy Kids, Medicaid, self-insured employee health plans, and uninsured programs. At Community Care Plan (CCP), we strive every day to promote healthier communities and be the driving force to ensure that every community has access to high-quality affordable healthcare. The Marketing Specialist is a professional dedicated to advancing CCPs mission by increasing CCPs visibility and engagement by creating meaningful content and communications and monitoring results. This position will support the Marketing Manager in ensuring successful implementation of marketing strategies and tactics. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and distribute marketing materials and communications specifically geared to the needs of members and providers to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction, including Print - flyers, postcards, calendars, etc. Website content Text messages Emails Newsletters Presentations Letters and notices Educational materials Research, create and edit artwork, order, and manage promotional items Prepare and organize promotional materials and collateral for community events Prepare and manage sponsorship agreements and commitments Assists with the development, editing, and distribution of external communications Provide support for marketing initiatives, including preparing files for review and approval Provide support for identifying, creating, and publishing social media content (original text, images, video, etc.) based on research and collaboration with the marketing team and other departments Continuously improves social media content through the analysis of social media insights and metrics This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties performed by the employee occupying this position. Skills and Abilities: Excellent design (photo/video/text), writing, presentation, editing, and communication skills. Experience in Canva, PowerPoint, Photoshop, CapCut, InDesign, and MailChimp preferred, with the ability to create both print and electronic media representative of Community Care Plan. Knowledge of online marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and Search Engine Marketing (SEM). Knowledge of social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Threads, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and X (formerly Twitter), with the ability to conceptualize targeted social media campaigns across multiple platforms. Outstanding organizational and time management skills: proven abilities to manage multiple, often complex, and sometimes competing, objectives, goals, and other priorities to an effective and efficient conclusion Outstanding partnering and collaboration skills: has exceptionally strong and highly effective working relationships with internal and external partners/stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, or related field. One to three years of experience in marketing. Working understanding and experience with digital and social media marketing. Outstanding communications and presentation skills; with particular emphasis on writing skills and active listening (proven ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with various cross-functional partners, stakeholders, and senior management). Knows how to summarize and communicate key points. Professional maturity, confidence, and competence.
