Position ***** We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our inside sales team. In this role, you will be instrumental in generating new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and supporting our sales initiatives. Key ***** Lead ***** Identify and research potential clients in various markets, utilizing social media, industry events, and other sources to generate leads. ***** Conduct outreach efforts through phone calls, emails, and social media to connect with prospective clients and introduce the companys products. ***** Assess the needs of leads to qualify them for the sales team, ensuring they align with the companys offerings. ***** Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to schedule meetings, nurture leads, and streamline the sales process. CRM ***** Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system, tracking lead status and progress. Market ***** Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments to effectively communicate the compnays unique value proposition. Feedback ***** Provide insights and feedback to improve outreach strategies, product offerings, and marketing materials. ***** Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). 1-2 years of experience in sales, inside sales, or a related field (experience in consumer goods or fragrance preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
