Your MissionThe Sales Account Representative Jr. is responsible for learning the business of Little Caesars Fundraising both sales and customer care. In this role you will also be responsible for completing projects as requested. Ultimately, you will be trained to be ready to lead your own territory. The goal is to effectively convert leads to sales, manage & retain accounts, and build customer relationships. By independently managing a book of sales, Sales Account Representative Jr. is responsible for meeting annual sales goals resulting in continued company growth and profitability. Through frequent telephone contact and dedicated account management, Sales Account Representative Jr. will ensure all customers have a successful fundraising experience.How Youll Make an Impact* Achieve daily, quarterly, and annual sales and production goals when a territory is open.* Manage and retain an assigned book of accounts.* Take on project work as assigned by the Inside Sales Manager.* Create sales communications and support materials.* Use templates and approved methodologies to develop customized solutions for customers.* Work in a team-based environment to achieve team goals, as well as individual goals.* Use multiple software tools and tracking mechanisms, manage leads and accounts in assigned book of business.* Independently manage time, prioritize workload, and execute sales activities to achieve individual goals.* Establish and maintain business relationships that lead to retention of customers.* Resolve issues or customer problems.* Provide feedback on customers, industry news, competitors, products, and program features to team leaders and management.* Participate in round tables, team huddles, and company meetings.* Share insights, give suggestions, and submit ideas on potential program improvements to help ensure our customers have an easy and profitable experience.Who You Are:* Four-year degree in business, sales, marketing, communications, or related field; or two-year degree and a minimum of two years of direct sales experience; or high school diploma and a minimum of four years of direct sales experience.* Minimum one year of experience in a sales environment with ability to meet goals/quotas and close sales.* Self-directed, exercise sound judgment, display energy and enthusiasm, demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, and possess excellent sales skills.* Evidence of ability to increase sales and meet annual sales goals.* Self-provided transportation (reliable personal automobile) with appropriate license, good driving record and insurance.* Demonstrated computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, CRM, and Internet.* Previous experience with Sales Force software.* Previous experience coordinating fundraisers or knowledge of the fundraising industry.* Previous experience with community or non-profit organizations such as school/sports or civic volunteer experience.Where Youll Work* Normal office environment, hybrid work environment.* May require occasional travel to conferences and trade shows that may involve weekends and travel by a variety of transportation methods.All items listed above are illustrative and not comprehensive.
