The Care Concierge's primary duty is directly related to non-clinical patient care management, proactive outreach, and inbound support to ensure that our patients are cared for and that their health and wellness goals are being met under the direction of our Medical Provider Team.Through this role, the Care Concierge must be able to implement discretion and independent judgment regarding patient care, casing our medical provider team, and directing all clinical-related inquiries to the correct department. Roles & **Monthly patient check-ins via phone, the biostation APP, text, and emailSupport patients with symptoms, goals, and lifestyle changesCreate actionable and non-actionable cases in support of treatment plansSchedule lab, provider, replenish life, and restore beauty visitsComplete refills as directed by Medical ProviderSupport lab requisitions and lab result uploadsCustomer service support to elevate patient carePatient app supportOther duties as required from time to timeQualifications & Education *Bachelors degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.Previous experience in sales, customer service, or healthcare-related field is advantageous.Great time-management and customer service skillsExceptional attention to detail, organization, and problem-solvingMust be highly motivated and able to work independentlyDemonstrate strong computer skills.
