Job Description Overall The Account Executive works closely with greater account team, agency teams, and clients to coordinate and input on strategic development, creative development, project management and tactical execution for clients' marketing campaigns. Account Executives are the "˜composers of the orchestra' and are essential to make the process, and creative work, wonderful and effective! Team Relationship & Management Proactively Manages UP, DOWN, and ACROSS teams Comprehensive but concise verbal & written communication Over-communication is much preferred than not communicating at all Working with Managers to prioritize workload and ability to tactfully say "˜no' to commit to those priorities. Manages AAE and oversees and approves their responsibilities Delegates work efficiently Builds trust and respect from team members Internally - as a Power of One structure, the team will be comprised of Account, Strategy, Creative, Digital, Production, Media Cross-team - there will be interactions, collaboration and partnerships with the other Family Care brands and likely other CPG businesses Externally - with our CPG clients and other external agency partners or JBPs General Responsibilities Overview: Oversee and execute client projects with oversight. Manage budgets, timelines, status updates, recaps, and junior staff as needed. Deliver excellent client service and account/project management. Manage client & internal communications to advocate for creative excellence while exceeding client expectations. Creative Development & Production: Status Leads any necessary status calls Reviews status documents updates to ensure they are complete and comprehensive. Meeting Recaps (Internal/External) Leads process for finalizing meeting reports after all meetings with AAE, including confirming need for recap with AD and sharing with AD for approval in timely fashion Timelines Works closely with Managers to create and manage project and production timelines. Print & Digital Production Spearheads all Print and Digital creative development/activation from brief to release and acts as liaison with Brand, Creatives, IP's, Strategy, and Print Producers Prepares and leads creative calls with Brand team Broadcast/Video Production Support all aspects of broadcast production process, including: Writes Pre-Bid and oversees development of Pre-Pro Meeting materials Manages substantiation documents, network clearance and legal reviews. Supports greater team on shoots (whenever possible) Budget and Asset Delivery and Management: Budgets/Finance Manages budget documents to make sure they are kept up to date, accurate, and thoroughly detailed. Ensures this is done consistently, as changes happen in real time, so there is no scrambling/backtracking whenever reconciliation or new budget requests arise. This will help with both accuracy and time management. Works closely with AAE to keep budgets updated and flag any issues. Leads (with the AAE) communication with business managers, talent managers, production managers to ensure all Agency/Brand process is abided by in a timely fashion. Talent Keeps a very close eye on all Talent and Trafficking updates to ensure that all Holding Fees, talent terms / expiration dates, upcoming costs, etc are accounted for. Reviews and approves talent estimates and ensuring that talent estimates are accurate according to latest media plans, and monitors actuals/accrued costs, vs. planned spends on a regular/as-needed basis. Advises on usage terms as media opportunities are presented via the media team or client Trafficking (NA) Manages and oversees AAE's trafficking responsibilities - TV, print, and digital trafficking process including trafficking forms, asset hand off, substantiation documents, network clearance, closed captioning and legal reviews. Understanding the Brand's Business Well-versed with brands' historical & current toolkits/work Proactively understands the brand's historical work, to provide helpful perspective & insights based on past campaigns whenever needed. Learns and becomes well-versed in brand fundamentals and visual brand guidelines. Become competitive activity expert Keeps an eye out for new competitive creative, learns to escalate urgent competitive activity proactively and understanding competitive movement that is less actionable. Immersed in P&G culture, updates, trend Stays abreast to latest news, memorize Consumer client team structure, and know who's who in P&G leadership. Be passionate about industry, brand and cultural trends related to our categories and brands. Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. Compensation Range: $46,500.00 - $68,500.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
