SummaryPartners with HR Operations (Total Rewards, HRIS, and Payroll) and Talent (Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and Performance Management) to ensure life cycle transactions are managed in an organized and consistent manner using proven tools and assessmentsProvide transactional support to the PBS Team including onboarding, recruitment, job changes, terminations, general employee supportSupport Internal Mobility: Promotion Request Process management and Quality Audit, seeing the promotions from start to finishProvide input into appropriate metrics and reports around compliance, performance, and data analytics. Accountable for the timeliness and accuracy of employee and HR core data including position management and recruiting status.Onboarding: Partner closely with Recruitment team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for the new hire as it related to systems and documentation. Assist in following up as needed to ensure all required information is received in a timely manner and entered accurately.Job Changes: Coordinate the movement of employees into new positions, locations, or managers. Ensure all aspects of the change are addressed and accurately reflected in all HR systems.Terminations: Work closely with OSV and key stakeholders to be sure termination process both voluntary and involuntary terms are accurately closed out. Ensuring all stakeholders are informed, HR Systems are updated, and data is accurately sent downstream.Manage the delivery of cyclical programs to business clients ensuring consistency across HRCOE'sPerform ad hoc projects: use analytics to guide your work, be comfortable challenging conventionsLeave Process: Partner with People Operations Manager on Leave of Absence Process. Manage Return to Work Process and scheduling of interactive conversations with HRBPs, People Operations Manager, legal and business. Manage leave integration in Workday. Partner with Lincoln on leave cases and follow-up.HRSD Service Desk Management and Enhancement: Manage day-to-day case assignment and platform management. Review cases in progress with OSV, escalate cases to People Operations Team Monitor unassigned cases across HRSD assignments; and bring to resolution in a timely manner.Review SOAR Award requests and follow up when requests are pending. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's Degree requiredMinimum of 3 (three) to 6 (six) years experience working in a Shared Services environment supporting HRIS Data Management and Data Operations and a Benefit FunctionExperience working with Workday (required)Strong skills in Microsoft applications especially excel and PowerPointStrong problem-solving and analytical abilityProficient in end-to-end HR processesAbility to maturely handle sensitive and confidential informationUnderstanding of HR programs relative to support of business objectivesInspires trust and has the ability to gauge the atmosphere and culture of the overall organizationAbility to work effectively in an environment of change and manage multiple priorities concurrently through strong project management, systems knowledge, and effective communicationExcellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to independently compose routine written communications.Excellent proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) required.
