As we continue to evolve, we're looking for driven individuals to join our team and contribute to our success.Position OverviewThe Senior Injection Molding Process Technician will be responsible for overseeing safe and efficient mold installation, troubleshooting processes, and supporting new process development. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in plastics injection molding and will ensure process quality, accurate documentation, and compliance with safety procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesSafety & CompliancePromote a safe work environment by adhering to Division safety rules and participating in safety audits.Mold Installation & SetupConduct new mold inspection, installation, and setup, ensuring alignment with safety and quality standards.Troubleshooting & Process OptimizationUtilize technical aptitude to troubleshoot tooling, processes, and machinery; support efficiency improvements in collaboration with engineering teams.New Process DevelopmentWork with Engineering on new process development and plant productivity initiatives.Quality & DocumentationInterpret and adhere to quality system data, ensuring thorough documentation and effective communication of data.Collaboration & SupportCollaborate with Shift Process Technicians to optimize existing processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of the facility.OvertimeBe open to working overtime when required.QualificationsExperience: Minimum of five years in a hands-on plastics injection molding role.Education: Two-year technical degree preferred.Skills:Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.Working knowledge of IQMS and basic PC literacy.Testing: Must pass Work Keys Mathematics and Technical Aptitude assessments.Must-HavesPlastics Injection Molding ExperienceMechanical and electrical TroubleshootingPlastic Injection Molding, new mold inspection, installation, and setup BenefitsHealth Coverage: Medical, dental, and vision for you and dependents, with FSA and HSA options.401(k) Retirement Plan: Company match available.Wellbeing Programs: Employee Assistance Program and holistic health resources.Paid Time Off: Includes holidays, vacation, and personal time.Insurance Options: Life, personal accident, and disability insurance options.Tuition Reimbursement: Support for continued education.Application ProcessPhone InterviewOnsite InterviewOffer
