We are dedicated to providing the highest quality services to our clients, exhibiting the highest standards of professionalism, and maintaining a dynamic and collegial work environment for our attorneys, paralegals, and staff.The New York office of Cullen and Dykman LLP is seeking to add an experienced Associate to its Commercial Real Estate group.The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of strong experience representing clients on a wide range of real estate matters, including commercial purchase and sale agreements, acquisition, development, financing, office and retail easing, licensing, access agreements, easements, title review and clearance of title issues.Educational/Experience RequirementsJD degree required with excellent academic credentials.New York Bar admission required; New Jersey Bar is a plus.Minimum 2+ years of commercial real estate experience.Must have strong background in the New York Real Estate market.Financing experience is a plus.Excellent legal research, writing and verbal communication skills are essential.Strong professional judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills.Ability to work independently and multi-task.Our professional staff plays a key role in the firm's continued growth and success, and we look forward to adding a proactive and motivated member to our team. We offer a competitive salary, an excellent benefits package and a collaborative, friendly environment. The salary range for this role is $125,000-$150,000.
