Freelance Production Designer

Spitball is looking for a versatile freelance production designer who can work across media to build out ideas into final assets.The ideal candidate is local to our Red Bank, NJ office.Responsibilities:Collaborate with our team for diverse design needsDesign final assets to spec across a variety of project types, including digital ads, print ads, video, and moreBe flexible to jump in and make revisions to anything from logos to layouts to storyboarding to web designsPhoto searching, editing and retouching based on the needs of the projectFinalize production-ready files across all media typesQualifications:Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and IllustratorKnowledge of Adobe XD, Premiere and InDesignAble to keep up in a fast-paced environmentFellow lover of great design and practicesFamiliar with digital and social media best practices and specificationsBasic understanding of HTML/CSS and video production is a plusOrganized and detail-orientedExcellent communication skillsWe have a hybrid work environment where most of the team is in the office Tuesday-Thursday and WFH Monday and Friday. This freelance position can be remote or in-office.Our office is lined with 100 year old brick and an open floor plan. Dozens of great restaurants and shops are right outside in what we describe as a cool little town (that's on a river, a quick drive to the shore and still close enough to the city). It is great for an afternoon stroll to soak in the kinetic energy of the town whenever a creative block hits.
