Take advantage of this excellent opportunity to continue your career in Human Resources with this international, stable, financial services firm located in Hoboken, NJThis is a hybrid role.Duties will **Assists with recruitment activities by scheduling interviews and conducting background checks.Involved with new hire onboarding process and conducts new hire orientations.Performs administrative tasks and customer service functions by answering general HR employee requests and questions.Verifies and monitors I-9 documentation and ensures data integrity by appropriately and accurately maintaining all records current, including HRIS data input.Assists with monthly reporting, immigration reports and maintaining the Bank's performance management system.Your Skills & **Bachelors degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business or related subjects.At least 3+ years of Corporate Human ResourcesGeneralist experienceBanking/Financial Services experience is a plus.Advanced MS Word, Excel, Access and Power Point skills required.Experience with HRIS preferred.HR certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP) a plus.
