Job Title: Transportation Supervisor - Materials & LogisticsLocation: Lewisburg, TNContract: 6+ monthsShift: Preferred shift is 2nd (2PM - 10PM)Pay: $16.00~$17.47/hourPosition Overview:We are seeking a Transportation Supervisor to oversee and manage key elements of warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and logistics. In this role, you will supervise a team, conduct daily safety inspections, monitor inventory flow, and implement process improvements. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining a high-performance culture while ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and safety regulations.Key Responsibilities:Supervise warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, packaging, and preservation of materials.Manage inventory and maintain accurate records of all warehouse stock.Lead a clerical team in inventory management, logistics planning, and other indirect support functions.Complete daily safety inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.Track quality issues with units and work to resolve discrepancies.Monitor yard trailer movement and maintain clear communication.Support continuous improvement efforts, providing recommendations to enhance production and operational efficiency.Partner with union leadership to quickly resolve issues and foster a high-performance culture.Effectively manage and engage hourly associates, promoting teamwork and productivity.Utilize Cx tools to identify and correct process deficiencies.Ensure EH&S (Environmental Health & Safety) standards are met at all times.Required Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED.2+ years of experience in warehouse, production, or planning environments, with a proven track record in management or supervision.Preferred Qualifications:Experience leading and motivating hourly associates, preferably in a union environment.Proven leadership skills and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.Ability to effectively work cross-functionally with teams such as Materials, Quality, Engineering, HR, Finance, and more.Proficient in the use of PC and standard software applications.Why Join Us?Be part of a company that is transforming the world with sustainable, innovative solutions.Enjoy a dynamic, collaborative, and supportive work environment.Opportunity for growth and career development within a global organization.Benefits InfoPride Global offers eligible employee's comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
