Our client, a top venture capital firm is actively searching for a workplace coordinator to support their San Francisco Office. In this role the candidate will be tasked to provide basic executive support experience via calendaring, expense reporting, and light travel coordination for team members as needed.Salary: $90-100k baseResponsibilities:Greet and direct incoming guests, employees and clients, acting as the first point of contactAct as the main liaison for third-party facilities, building management, IT, and maintenance needs or repairsManaging conference room calendaring and supporting the office team members with their conference room reservation requests. Maintain the conference rooms as wellReceiving, sorting, distributing, and mailing correspondence and packagesSupporting the coordination of periodic team lunches, happy hours, and other internal and external eventsOversee inventory for office and kitchen supplies; ensure the office is fully stocked at all timesMaintain organization and cleanliness of all common areasUndertake special projects and additional responsibilities as requiredCollaborating on projects with other EAs both locally, and globally, as requiredQualifications:At least 4 years of experience with Reception, Office Manager, and/or other Administrative experienceVenture Capital or Finance industry background is a plusExcellent communication skills, must be and communicative with othersMust be proficient in MS OfficeAn ability to effectively handle demanding situations with grace and poiseResourcefulness and the ability handle multiple tasks and maintaining an attention to detailsExperience working in technology startups, Venture Capital, Private Equity, or Investment Banking is a plusPositive, can-do attitude and ability to juggle several projects at onceAbility to anticipate the needs of every department within the officeAbility to work at a fast pace while maintaining accuracyResourceful and ready to proactively solve problemsEager to learn new skills and work with a collaborative teamPlease submit your resume for immediate consideration!You can use WorkGrades to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose by visiting /home/candidate.
