Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is hiring a Traffic Coordinator to join their team onsite in Dayton. This is a temporary position that will continue based on performance and the needs of the business. Candidates must have availability to work some Saturdays during peak season depending on business needs.Job Duties Include:Process FedEx claimsAssist with creation of PosManage vendor follow up as necessaryProcess invoices as neededMaintain organized workflows to support office staffMaintain Excel files to track invoices, budget, and claim informationSupport Traffic team with office tasks as needed including creating signs, maintaining file systems, etc.Perform admin tasks as needed including scanningMaintain weekly vendor files and code invoicesAd hoc duties as needed and assignedJob Qualifications Include:Strong attention to detailExcellent organizational skillsExperience with Microsoft ExcelSalary: $22 - $26/hrWhile PCG appreciates all applicants, only those qualified will be contacted.
