Role: PMO AdminLength: 1 yearLocation: Titusville, NJ 2x a weekStart Date: ASAPDay to ***** A pharmaceutical client is looking to bring on a PMO Admin for their Global PMO Supply Chain organization for an end to end transofmration of their ERP system. Candidates will manage the tactical onboarding and offboarding process of resources within different tools, administer access to project management tools, ensuring proper user permissions and software licenses, support tool training and resolution of technical issues. They will support PMO content library databases (SharePoint, Confluence, etc), purchase orders request process and reporting, vendor coordination, and overall process tracking.Must:HS DiplomaInternship experienceHR or Supply chain backgroundEager and strong ability to coordinatePlus:Pharma or life sciences experienceCompensation:$18/hr to $22/hrExact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
