The role involves managing payroll processes, guaranteeing precision, and upholding regulatory compliance at all levels.Minimum ***** 3-5 years of Workday payroll processing experiencewith strong excel experience and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Function of the ***** Process bi-weekly payroll for employees located in USA using Workday payroll system, ensure compliance with federal, state and local payroll laws and assist in day-to-day payroll operations. Work with ADP Smart compliance to make sure the quarterly taxes are filed correctlyProcess Off-cycle payrolls as required for terminated employeesHandle payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues in a timely manner.Assist with year-end payroll process including reviewing and reconciling to ensure accuracy.Assist with international payrollRespond to employee enquiries relating to payroll.Prepare payroll and audit reports as needed*****Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field preferred.Minimum 3-5 years' experience with multi state payroll and payroll tax.Experience with Workday payroll is required.Proficient in Microsoft Excel.Some experience working with payroll vendors for international payroll preferred.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.Nextracker is an equal opportunity employer.
