Must have Extensive experience in the IT industry - Highly Successful in Large Scale IT Solutions Delivery Management, Strategic Client-Engagement, Offshore Development Center (ODC) Management with P&L, Client executive relationship building, business development, market penetration strategies in consulting companiesRequired Skill set• Managing P&L. • Running managed services. • Negotiation, Escalation Management, Deal Structuring, negotiations and pricing• Business strategies & Development • Building offshore delivery centers• Process re-structuring • Team Building, Mentoring and Leadership DevelopmentWhat we are looking for :Need an expert advisor to Supply Chain Executives. Guiding clients with tailored strategies for all facets of Sourcing & Procurement, Logistics & Distribution, and Warehouse/Inventory Management based on experience leading Transformation programsReviewing technology and design decisions to ensure they effectively and efficiently support the organizations strategy and goalsCollaborate with other JAGGAER departments to address and resolve client issuesManage all project controls, including budget vs actual for project hours, forecast accuracy, revenue attainment, and resource utilizationManage internal and client communication of appropriate project informationEstablish and manage relationships with clients to sustain a strong business connectionProvide work direction, assistance, mentoring, and coaching to other team members as requiredEstablished automated solutions, critical data analytics, and acted as a valuable subject matter expert for expediting ERPs (SAP Ariba & LogNet) and cloud-based management platforms (Coupa, & Jaggaer) to enhance user experience.
