As a Lead Field Service Technician, youll be responsible for overseeing preventative maintenance, warranty, and repair services on electrical systems at customer locations. Your daily tasks will include:Delegating and managing all onsite work activitiesReviewing Job Safety Analysis (JSA), lockout, and test sheets each dayAssisting with high-level technical tasks like troubleshooting using wiring diagrams or electrical printsCommunicating with customers on issues and keeping them updated on progressWe're not just looking for employees"”we're building a community. While electrical testing experience is not mandatory, a strong electrical background is key.Valid Driver's LicenseAbility to pass drug tests and background checksPhysically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing, kneeling, and walking long distancesBasic computer skills (email, Excel, Word, Adobe, etc.)Familiarity with hand toolsLeadership experiencePreferred Skills and Experience:2+ years of electrical testing and maintenance experienceMilitary experienceElectrical or Mechanical Engineering DegreeMaster Electrician's LicenseNETA Certificate (Level 2+)NICET Certificate (Level 2+)Familiarity with electrical testing equipment and proceduresCompensation & Benefits:We offer a competitive salary, based on experience, with opportunities for unlimited overtime and double-time.
