Employee Health Nurse

The Full Time Recruitment Health Nurse provides pre-employment physical to Loretto employee candidates. Ensures a satisfactory level of health for candidates, enabling them to perform their assigned duties at an optimal level. Responsibilities include new employee pre-employment physical assessment and drug testing.ResponsibilitiesPerforms and documents new employee pre-employment health assessments.Performs routine blood draws for Rubella and Rubeola titers as needed.Reviews immunization records for candidates. Provides immunizations as needed.Administers tuberculosis tests and performs all follow-up readings.Performs N95 mask fit testing.Preforms drug screening.Completes all documentation thoroughly and promptly. Records test results and initiates action as required.Communicates any issues appropriately, including negative outcomes and lack of response by employees.Adheres to all policies, procedures and DOH/third party agency regulations.Actively participates as a member of the interdisciplinary team.QualificationsGraduate of an accredited school of nursing.
