Litigation Associate

Avata Partners is seeking a Litigation Associate to work at a dynamic, mid-sized Firm located in the heart of San Franciscos financial district, to join its Litigation team.Our client is looking for litigators with 3-5+ years of experience of complex litigation experience and the drive to run their own docket of cases. You will draft complaints, motions, pleadings, and discovery. You will take and defend depositions, argue motions in court, handle mediation, examine witnesses at trial, and supervise more junior attorneys and support staff. You must be licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar. Antitrust, class action, or complex litigation experience preferred.The salary range for this position is $175,000 - $210,000 annually.The salary offered will be based on a number of factors, including the specific qualifications of the applicant, years of related experience, education, applicable licenses and certifications, and the geographical location from which the applicant will perform the job.
