We are an energetic, passionate team focused on helping companies build world-class teams across the Capital District and Central New York, and we are looking for a talented Industrial Recruiter to join our internal recruitment and account management team.As an Industrial Recruiter, your responsibilities will include:Recruitment & Placement ** Source, Screen, and Select well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders and maintain ongoing contact with clients and contract employees currently on assignment to ensure both receive exceptional customer service. You will prioritize leveraging strategic and high-volume outreach to secure new candidate talent to represent to client companies. In addition, the industrial recruiter will resolve any candidate issues quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.Account ***** Develop meaningful and high-impact relationships with ETS client companies. Communicate with clients to ensure all of their needs are understood and addressed. Continually evaluate the customer experience to ensure first-class customer service.
