This role will play a vital part in ensuring seamless import operations and compliance with U.S. Customs regulations.Key *Oversee and manage customs brokerage activities, ensuring timely and compliant processing of import shipments.Prepare and file entry summaries, classify imported goods, and resolve customs-related issues.Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing guidance on customs regulations, tariff classification, and import compliance.Coordinate with U.S. Customs and other government agencies to facilitate cargo release and manage inspections.Conduct audits, manage recordkeeping, and implement corrective actions to maintain regulatory compliance.Stay up-to-date on changes in import regulations and compliance requirements.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.**Active U.S. Customs Broker License (required).3+ years of experience in customs brokerage and compliance.Strong knowledge of import regulations, HTS classification, and customs entry procedures.Proficiency with ACE, ABI systems, and customs brokerage software.Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service and relationship management.Detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
