This person will be responsible for leading demand forecast and planning, assisting in the S&OP/IBP process, and transforming and implementing systems. The Senior Manager, Demand Planning will Be Responsible For the **Manage all aspects of brand level and key customer level demand forecasting for new and baseline skus including review of customer demand, consumption trends, changes in market trends, and risks and opportunitiesServe as the communication leader between the Operations, Marketing and Finance teams on forecasting issues, facilitating meetings to reconcile demand/supply challengesLead a monthly consensus planning meetings to ensure that sales trends, consumption insights and consumer promotion strategies are alignedOwn and drive transformation from current process to a new platform and managing change management, data migration, and ensure project deliverablesIdentify and implement demand planning process enhancements, including automation opportunities to streamline workflowsThe Senior Manager, Demand Planning Should Have the Following **Bachelors Degree5+ years experience in Demand Planning and S&OP within the CPG spaceTransformation experience - onboarding new tools and implementing S&OP processesStrong working knowledge of consumption dataDetail oriented, self-starter, working independently and comfortable taking initiative as well as driving and delivering high quality resultsStrong collaboration and communication skills to partner internally and externally to resolve issues and identify opportunities
