Preschool Teacher Coach

This position provides on-site coaching and mentoring to improve teacher-child interactions and ensure curriculum fidelity. It creates and implements training in curriculum and child development.EDUCATION/TRAINING:Baccalaureate degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Human Services or related degree. Degree(s) must be from an accredited college recognized by the NC Department of Child Development and Early Education.EXPERIENCE:Two - five years of experience in working with young children in group settings. Early Head Start/Head Start/NC Pre-K experience preferred.
