Warehouse Supervisor

You are a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Your bilingual skills (English and Spanish) and leadership abilities make you an excellent fit for managing a team and ensuring smooth warehouse operations.This position pays: $30 - $40 per hourWhat you will be doing:Leading and supervising a warehouse team of 10 employees.Managing daily warehouse operations including inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving.Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and company procedures.Utilizing an ERP system (NetSuite preferred) to track and manage warehouse activities.Performing light lifting and operating a forklift as needed.What you bring:Bilingual Skills: Fluency in both English and Spanish.Experience: 3+ years as a Warehouse Supervisor, with a proven ability to manage and motivate teams.Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with technology and experience with ERP systems (NetSuite a plus).Leadership: Strong supervisory skills with the ability to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.To learn more about the workplace culture and the position, please apply!
