Someone local to Horsham PA area!)6-12 month rolling contractOur Fortune 100 Pharmaceutical Client is looking to bring on a Communications Data Entry Specialist to join the Neurology and Immunology team!Job Description:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Communications Data Entry professional to join our team on a 6-month rolling contract in Horsham, PA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, supporting new hires, managing internal and external communications, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.Key Responsibilities:Record Keeping: Maintain confidential records and files, ensuring all information is up-to-date and properly organized.Supporting New Hires: Coordinate and facilitate the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, onboarding, and off-boarding processes.Communication: Compose letters, memorandums, and edit various documents to support internal and external communication efforts.Report Generation: Produce and analyze reports on prescribing patterns, drug usage, and service levels.Supporting Professionals: Serve as a liaison between industry professionals, ensuring seamless communication and support.Managing Staff: Identify staff training needs and arrange appropriate training programs.Ensuring Compliance: Ensure all activities are compliant with FDA regulations concerning the manufacturing, testing, and distribution of controlled substances.Developing Strategies: Assist in developing pricing and marketing strategies while helping to build effective distribution networks.Qualifications:Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent communication and writing skills.Experience with data entry and record-keeping in a professional setting.Knowledge of FDA compliance regulations related to the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the pharmaceutical industry while contributing to a dynamic and growing team.
