If you are a dynamic and results-driven professional with a passion for driving growth in a start-up organization, we invite you to join our team and make a significant impact.Responsibilities and Duties:Assist CEO in overseeing strategic business initiatives in marketing, business development, and operations, from development through successful executionCommunicate and assist executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementationServe as a subject-matter expert, handling inquiries, developing action plans, and assisting with preparation and dissemination of communicationsDevelop and build on relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and responsiveness of existing operationsHelp propel growth by working with CEO and other executives on special projectsJump into various ongoing projects on an as-needed basisReview promotional materials and articles for clarity, design, quality and complianceQualifications and Skills:Trend-leading and "making things happen" mindset, familiarity with start-up challenges and ability to handle uncertaintiesWell-rounded individual with strong multitasking abilities, well adapted to fast pace workExperienced in the international student marketSkilled in organizing and leading multiple teams for start-up operationsProficient in planning and driving strategic initiativesExperienced in business development/marketing/operationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in a third language is preferredVersatile and highly dedicated to efficient productivityH1B sponsorships are available for the selected candidates.
