Associate Attorney

Klein Thomas Lee & Fresard, a rapidly growing national litigation firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney with 4-8 years of civil litigation experience to join our expanding Michigan team. Our Michigan office is currently located in Troy, but we'll soon be moving to new offices in Grosse Pointe. We are a hybrid work environment, with three days per week in the office and the rest of the time remote. You can spend more days in the office if you desire. Applicants must be self-motivated and able to manage their time. We have a busy and challenging practice, but we also recognize the need for work-life balance. We place value on teamwork and camaraderie and believe strongly in mentoring associates throughout their careers.We represent automotive companies, medical device manufacturers, and other companies in high stakes class action, product liability, and commercial litigation around the country. Our practice is very fast paced and intellectually challenging. Strong academic credentials are a must. Applicants must be willing to travel a few days a month. We are trial lawyers, and we try cases around the country, so applicants must be willing to travel for trials as well.We provide a competitive compensation package with full benefits and bonus eligibility.
