This role combines videography and photography skills to create compelling visual content that aligns with our brands vision and marketing goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative eye, technical expertise, and the ability to tell a story through visual media.Position **Plan and shoot high-quality, product-focused video content for various platforms (website, catalogs, promotional materials, and social media)Capture professional lifestyle images of DM products for various platformsEdit/retouch photos and videos as needed to enhance quality and compositionWork closely with Marketing Manager and Creative Team to plan content needs for each month Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to incorporate innovative techniques into our contentHelp maintain consistent DM branding across all internal and external materialsPreferred Skills / **2 - 4+ years of experience in video content production, photography, and/or related fieldBachelor's Degree in Film, Photography, or related field Product photography experience including lifestyles (models) and flat laysProficiency in video and photo editing software (e.g. Adobe Suite, etc.)Ability to stay exceptionally organized and maintain a set scheduleStrong understanding of lighting, composition, and audio techniquesMust be able to accept (and offer) constructive feedbackAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionAbility to think on your feet and collaborate in real time
