ResponsibilitiesOwn immersion operational execution in coordination with internal teams supporting workflows such as, email outreach, scheduling, and performance tracking across multiple projects.Monitor and troubleshoot progress and performance of immersions to ensure overall program quality and consistencyTriage incoming requests, utilizing technology, superior customer service and judgment - Responding within a timely manner and working 1:1 in real timeGather learnings and insights ***** 1) internal teams to help Client further develop and evolve our products, and 2) our advertising partners to help them achieve their marketing objectivesActively participate, collaborate, and add value to weekly training and operational meetings - quickly implement new practicesIdentify tool and process efficiency gains with an analytical perspectiveSkills2+ years of experience within the advertising ecosystem and a thorough understanding of major success metrics2+ years experience managing client - facing communication concerning Client Ads Manager/ campaign set-up per internal directionExperience with Salesforce, including SFMC Email Studio is critical for participant outreach.Detail-oriented, computer literate and tech savvy with proficiency in working with multiple desktop applications and ability to quickly learn in-house software.Experience in working on research studies (inbound feedback, A/B tests, surveys, interviews)Ability to remain cool under pressure and effectively multi-task maintaining an exceptional level of qualityProven ability to manage multiple projects and work in a high-performance team environmentPrevious tech experience a plus
