CLO Compliance Associate

The CLO Compliance Associate will be a key player in a fast-growing environment, collaborating with teams across the Front, Middle, and Back Offices, including Portfolio Managers and Deal Structurers. The focus will be on maintaining accurate asset-level data and delivering real-time portfolio analytics. Additionally, the role involves close coordination with corporate trustees and external vendors for software and services.Key **Oversee compliance and reporting for 5-8 CLOs simultaneouslyManage day-to-day trade reconciliation with trusteesEnsure the accuracy of compliance testing and risk management through deal modeling (in Excel and other systems)Review trustee files and reports, identifying and addressing any discrepanciesImplement and maintain proprietary systemsConduct ad hoc analysis and manage data project timelines across business lines**Bachelor's degree3-5 years of experience in a related role at a buy-side firm, accounting firm, or prior CLO analytical roleStrong understanding of CLO documentation, indentures, and compliance testingProficient in data management for CLO business, including Security Master, trade management, and downstream reportingFamiliarity with S&P products and platforms, such as ClearPar, WSO Web, WSO Compliance (a plus), and IntexDeep knowledge of CLO monthly and quarterly reporting, including waterfalls, trustee management, and cash/asset reconciliation40980
