Customer Supply Chain Coordinator

LaSalle Network is looking to hire a Customer Supply Chain Coordinator, who is highly organized and detail-oriented, to join our clients dynamic team. This role will be responsible for managing the entire order life cycle, ensuring smooth operations between our clients supply chain processes and customers and maintaining high service levels. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, inventory management or supply chain operations and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. If you are proactive, solution-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this position is perfect for you. Must be comfortable commuting to Chicago 5 days a week with Fridays being early release days. Customer Supply Chain Coordinator Responsibilities:Manage the order life cycle from creation through delivery, ensuring accurate pricing, lead times, inventory availability and special customer requirementsEnsure smooth end-to-end supply chain processes between our client and their customersPartner cross-functionally to resolve customer complaints, credits and deductions as necessaryCollaborate closely with Warehousing & Logistics teams to ensure timely and in-full order fulfillmentProactively communicate with customers about service level issues or inventory risks, developing action and allocation plans as neededMaintain orders and manage any associated changes within the ERP systemEnsure customer supply chain KPI expectations are met through cost-effective processes, including Fill Rate, On-Time Pickup and DeliveriesPerform other projects and tasks as assignedCustomer Supply Chain Coordinator Requirements:1+ years of experience in a customer-facing field, with preferred experience in Customer Service, Inventory or Supply ChainStrong understanding of supply chain operational processes, including production, warehousing and distributionDetail-oriented with the ability to work quickly and accuratelyEffective written and verbal communication skills are essentialKnowledge of NetSuite or other ERP systems is a plusBachelors degree preferred; Associates degree or equivalent experience requiredStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel is required If you are ready to contribute to a growing team and enjoy solving complex supply chain challenges, we encourage you to apply!
