The firms culture emphasizes respect, teamwork, and mutual support.Role Overview The HR US Reporting & Systems Lead will be responsible for the development, support, and maintenance of core HR systems, with a focus on Workday, while ensuring excellent customer service. This hybrid role involves resolving system issues, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting system users.Key *Provide day-to-day support for HR system users, troubleshoot issues, and manage escalation ticketLead US HR reporting and compliance efforts, ensuring accurate and timely data management.Serve as the subject matter expert for HR system processes and data flows, assisting with the integration of new systems.Design and deliver training for HR applications and systems to HR users.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR information quality and data accuracy.Support HR system updates and bi-annual Workday releases, coordinating with business and technical teams.Supervise and mentor a Data Coordinator, providing guidance on reporting and data management.Key *Experience with cloud-based SaaS systems, particularly Workday.Strong data analysis skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work both independently and within a team.Desirable *Previous experience in an HR role with knowledge of HR processes.Experience implementing or supporting cloud-based HR systems.Experience in professional services or the legal sector is preferred.Why Join the Team?
