The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries, provide support, ensure customer satisfaction, and enhance customer experience primarily via telephone or e-mail.QualificationsCustomer Service Representatives and Customer Support skillsCustomer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProblem-solving abilities and patienceAbility to work well in a teamExperience in a customer service role is preferredKnowledge of HVAC or industrial ventilation systems is a plusTwo-year college degree is preferred or equivalent on-the-job experience.Physical REQUIREMENTS• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.• Regularly required to sit, stand, reach and move about the facility.• Required to perform work in a manufacturing environment.
