Senior Festival Bar Manager

Were looking for a passionate and skilled professional to oversee our bar operations and elevate the cocktail experience at our food and drink festivals.About **TasteUSA Festival Management is the fastest growing food and drink festival company in the U.S. We organize events that bring together food lovers, industry professionals, and local businesses to celebrate and promote the epicurean lifestyle.Various Cities throughout the East Coast area, with travel to different cities on multiple weekendsKey **Manage multiple bartenders and bar staff during festival eventsOrganize and execute various bar activations and themed experiencesBatch and prepare cocktails for large-scale events (1,000+ attendees)Ensure high-quality cocktail service and adherence to recipesCoordinate with vendors, suppliers, and event staffMaintain inventory and manage bar logistics*Minimum 3 years of experience organizing multiple bars at events or catered functionsExtensive knowledge of cocktails, mixology, and current beverage trendsProven track record in managing large teams of bartendersExperience in large-scale cocktail batching and preparationStrong leadership and problem-solving skillsPassion for food and drink culture Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentBachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferredCertifications in mixology or beverage management a plusProficiency in event management software and POS systems*** High-Volume event/catering/festival experience is crucial for this role.
