Made Of Collective, a digital marketing agency based in Amesbury, MA, is seeking a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of innovative digital marketing strategies for our diverse portfolio of clients. You will collaborate closely with creative and technical teams to drive brand awareness, engagement and conversions. This is a hybrid position, so the ideal candidate will have the ability to travel to the office 1-2 times per week.Key Responsibilities:Client Strategy Development: Partner with clients to understand their business goals and develop tailored digital marketing strategies that align with their objectives.Campaign Management: Work with the digital marketing team to plan, execute and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, etc.) including the set up and optimization of ads.Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze and report on campaign performance using analytics tools. Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and drive results.Content Oversight: Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality content across various platforms, ensuring it meets client standards and strategies.Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement effective social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and foster community engagement for clients.Influencer Management: Work closely with the Account Team to manage influencer partnerships and contracts across clients.Team Collaboration: Ability to manage the digital marketing team and other team members to ensure cohesive campaign execution and meet client expectations.Budget Management: Manage client budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across digital marketing initiatives.Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, tools and best practices to continually enhance the agency's offerings and client strategies.New Business: Speak to digital marketing strategy on new biz calls and provide scope recommendations for new and existing clients.Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's or advanced degree in marketing or related fieldExperience working with CPG, pet, consumer and lifestyle brandsStrong written and oral business communication skills4+ years of digital marketing management (social media, advertising, search and SEO, etc.)4+ years of e-commerce experience (Shopify preferred), with strong understanding of store management, KPIs and increasing conversion/AOV4+ years of experience leveraging data using Google Analytics or other platformsStrong understanding of social advertising, posting and campaign management utilizing Social Media Management tools (i.e. Sprout Social)Ability to deploy, manage and optimize Google Ads campaignsSolid understanding of marketing analytics and reportingAbility to think creatively and contribute to messaging and creative concepts across digital campaignsOutstanding ability to think strategically, identify and resolve problemsStrong attention to detail, a team-first personality and the ability to think on your feetData-driven with a hands-on approach, a good sense of prioritization, collaboration and the ability to take action in a fast-paced environmentNice to Haves:Email marketing experience preferred.
